Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
PoolOps Digital ("we", "us") provides overnight QA photo review, reporting and back-office automation for residential pool service companies in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to have it deleted. It covers poolopsdigital.com, our client services, and our social media channels, including our YouTube channel.
Information we collect
- Free trial and contact requests. When you use the form on our site we receive your name, email address, company name and any other details you type in. The form is delivered to us through Web3Forms.
- Call bookings. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address and the time you choose, and shares them with us.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence.
- Website hosting. Our site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. We do not run advertising cookies or tracking pixels on our site.
- Client job data. When a pool service company hires us, we receive read-only access to its field-service software (PoolBrain or Skimmer). We read completed job records, photos and chemical readings to prepare that company's reports. We do not edit, move or delete anything in the client's records.
How we use it
- To answer your request, run a free trial, and deliver the service you hired us for.
- To prepare reports for the client whose data it is. Client data is never sold, never shared with other clients, and never used to train AI models offered to others.
- To send follow-up email about our service. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell personal information.
YouTube API Services
We use YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel (@poolops_digital) and to set their titles and descriptions. Our use is limited to our own account. We do not access, collect or store data about other YouTube users or channels.
- By watching or interacting with our videos on YouTube, you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- The only YouTube data we store is the ID and link of each video we upload, kept with our own post records.
- Access granted to our upload tool can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the tools above (Web3Forms, Calendly, Cloudflare, Google for email and YouTube, and the AI and hosting services we use to prepare client reports), each for that purpose only, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact and trial details: as long as we are in touch, then up to 24 months. Client job data: for the length of the engagement and up to 90 days after it ends, unless the client asks for earlier deletion.
Deleting your data
Email john@poolopsdigital.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your company. We act on deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
