Terms of Service
These terms apply to poolopsdigital.com and to the content PoolOps Digital publishes on its website and social channels. Work for a client is covered by the agreement made with that client.
Use of this site and our content
- Our articles, posts and videos are general information about running a pool service company. They are not legal, financial or chemical-safety advice for your specific situation.
- You may share links to our content. Please do not republish it as your own.
- Do not try to disrupt the site, access it in ways it was not built for, or use it to send spam.
Free trial
The free trial is a week of QA photo review for one company. It carries no obligation to buy. Reporting and automation are separate paid services, agreed in writing before any work starts.
Client data
We use read-only access to a client's field-service software and do not change its records. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Our videos are hosted on YouTube and other platforms, which have their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Booking runs through Calendly. We are not responsible for those services.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee they are complete or current.
Changes and contact
